Absolutely. Thermopanes (two pieces of glass sealed with insulation in between) must be custom-ordered. You have two options:
Option 1: Bring the window sash to us
- Remove the window and bring it into the shop
- We measure, order the insulated glass unit, and notify you when it arrives
- Bring the sash back in for installation
Option 2: We come to you
- Our team measures onsite
- We order the insulated glass unit and schedule installation

Yes. Fog between panes usually means the insulated seal has failed. In many cases, we can replace just the insulated glass unit instead of the entire window, which helps restore clarity and energy efficiency without the cost of full window replacement.

Yes — with limits. We can cut and replace mirrors and smaller auto glass pieces, but we do not repair or replace full car windshields.
