To add content to this "Brand Bar" widget area, go to WordPress admin area. On the left navigation, find "Widget Blocks". Edit or create a new widget block for the content you want to see here.
After saving your widget, go to the left navigation and find "Appearance". Click it and choose "Widgets". On the this screen, drag the widget block called "Widget Blocks Widget" to the desired widget zone on the right.
After you drag, a drop-down menu will be waiting for you to select which widget you created earlier should load here. Be sure to unmark the checkbox for "show title". Click the blue "save" button when finished.
